The Gray Mansion is ideal for small groups, conferences, corporate functions, private parties, and intimate weddings. Larger groups may be accommodated depending on needs. Audiovisual equipment, fax, email, wireless Internet services, and copy machines are available. We would be glad to organize your catering needs as well as overnight accommodations. Tariff for Use Corporate and Private Groups  Under 13 Guests   $40 per hour      13 - 24 Guests   $50 per hour      25 - 50 Guests   $65 per hour Non-Profit Groups Under 13 Guests    $35 per hour      13 - 24 Guests    $45 per hour     25 - 50 Guests    $55 per hour Mastercard and Visa accepted A 20% gratuity is added for groups over 12 with catered meals.
