Four Mounds is dedicated to building community.
The 100-acre Four Mounds site is nestled along the bluffs of the Mississippi River in Dubuque’s Driftless North End. Here, at Iowa’s last remaining “gentleman’s farm,” our team has created a home base and living laboratory for the groundbreaking HEART job training and education program. The site also features an Inn and Conference Center, community trails and gardens, and a challenge ropes course.

We are a product of strong partnerships. We achieve our vision of restoring place and restoring people with partners like Dubuque Community Schools, the City of Dubuque, and Northeast Iowa Community College.
